Replenishing Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a beautiful replenishing practice which allows your body to rest, while your mind stays awake.

Join me at 7pm on Friday 26th April, at Fisical Mind & Body in Sevenoaks, to bring your body to a place of deep rest, to soothe your mind, and to ground yourself at the end of the week.

We will spend time relaxing the body before I guide you through the practice to activate radical rest and create a space for you to reconnect to your inner truth.

No previous yoga experience required. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down and is suitable for all.
