In this episode of Unravelling, I chatted to the wonderful Laura Routh-Parsons from The Wellbeing Feeling. This conversation flowed so beautifully into topics that neither of us expected, and is truly the reason I created this podcast in the first place. Truthful, honest conversation about real life!

Laura is a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher, Reiki Energy healer and sound meditation practitioner, working throughout Berkshire and Hampshire. Sharing and holding space for both groups and individuals, Laura nurtures each to discover, surrender to and honour their deepest truths mind body and soul. Working intuitively Laura explores her own practices, allowing them to evolve, grow and shift as needed to respond to her own energy and the energy of those she works with and supports.

In this episode we discuss...

  • Laura’s own journey with career changes, crohns disease, meditation, yoga and energy healing.

  • The blurry lines and misconceptions of what the word healing and healer means.

  • The honour that being a space holder brings and how gratitude is always present in this work.

  • Why being a yoga teacher doesn’t mean ‘superhuman’ - and the messy truth that we all have our sh*t to deal with!

  • The powerful healing practices of allowing our emotions to be expressed and how we can balance the vulnerable with inner strength.

  • Trust, intuition, letting go and being true to ourselves.

And much, much more!
