The intention

Join me on Saturday 25th November, from 2-6pm, for an immersion into yoga, meditation and sacred women's space in the beautiful and hidden setting of Knepp Wildland, Horsham.

We will gather in The Yoga Garden to find flow with our movement, listen to our breath, spend time in a beautiful rural location and connect together in a safe and held space.

We will share nourishing nibbles and warming tea together, talk openly and replenish our energy for the season ahead. For four hours you can totally let go of the stress and strains in your everyday life and reconnect back to yourself.

the location

The Yoga Garden is situated in a beautiful wild flower meadow at the safari campsite in the heart of Knepp Wildland, a 3,500 acre rewilding project. The studio is a beautiful hand crafted Mongolian style Yurt and provides the perfect space to heal and reconnect back to your mind, body and soul.
