My journey...

My own business journey began twenty years ago when I left my role in journalism to run my own PR & Marketing agency. Over the years it has evolved drastically and has taken many different iterations - all with an underpinning of truthful communication and aligned visibility.

In 2016, after journeying with anxiety and health issues for most of my twenties, I pivoted and set off on a deep dive in to the healing arts world…

I taught yoga classes and ran retreats in France and Austria, spent hundreds of hours coaching people, built many websites, set up in depth communication strategies for brands in the holistic wellbeing industry, organised and ran two global health summits and wrote thousands of words for myself and my clients that can now be found in many places across the internet!

Having studied many different holistic modalities myself - including various Coaching certifications, Yoga teacher trainings, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Human Design - I have merged the worlds of healing and holding space with creating a heart-lead business.

And then… in an unexpected turn of events…

I walked through a portal in September 2019 that would leave me forever changed.

Giving birth to my first daughter, Sophia.

I was re-birthed as a Mother the moment she was put in my arms and have since been on a journey of learning pure presence and the art of softening. In December 2022 I walked through another portal and met my second daughter Vesper.

I knew these Rites of Passage would be transformative... but had no idea just how much they would teach me.

I believe that Matrescence and Motherhood can be an incredibly powerful catalyst to propel us into our heart and soul work. These beings, if we allow them, will orientate us towards our heart and soul work to give new perspectives, skills and wisdom previously undiscovered.

Becoming a mother showed me a mirror to myself that I hadn’t before had the courage to see. I did the thing I feared the most and I surrendered to the not knowing. I let myself be in the creative void space for some time. Around the same time Sophia was born, Human Design came into my energy field. I found out my energy type and decided to play with that and let it guide me.

Within a matter of months of experimenting with Human Design I had shifted my whole approach to my work.

I decided to embrace the calling of my inner artist and turn what I had been doing as a ‘side thing’ into a huge part of my business. I went down the ‘rabbit hole’ of living, breathing and embodying my Human Design (which is an ever unfolding process) and now I am now crafting websites and branding for incredible humans, holding space and mentoring other heart workers AND offering Human Design readings and inter weaving it with all of the valuable holistic tools I have collected along the way.

My intention is to hold a safe and sacred space for the remembering, the unfolding and the emerging so that you can find a way to dance between a business that sets your soul on fire AND living a life that reflects your values and your unique needs.
