Human Design has been one of the most powerful tools I have discovered in my own journey of Motherhood and Business.

It was in the depths of feeling ‘lost’ in the early days postpartum with my first daughter that something nudged me to explore it… and life, my work, my relationships with others and myself, have not been the same since.

About Human Design...

A map to take us back to the heart

To me, Human Design offers us a chance to remember who we are at our core - a beautiful soul map back to our heart.

When I first discovered Human Design I felt my whole being sigh in relief as I finally allowed myself to show up in a way that felt like home! Over time, with the insight and awareness I gained through understanding my unique chart, I have been able to unravel and untangle many of the beliefs and conditions that have kept me in patterns that were not serving my heart and soul work - both in my business and personal life.

Human Design is a combination of Eastern and Western Astrology, the Chinese, I’Ching, The Kabbalah and the Hindu Chakra System. Your Human Design chart is calculated using your birth date, time and place (you can run your chart for free here). It weaves together ancient wisdom and modern technologies to create a beautiful and individual blueprint for you to explore - providing you with an incredible insight into your purpose in this lifetime and enabling you to truly embody who you came here to be.

What I love about Human Design is that it is called the Human Design Experiment - it offers us perspective and shines light on our unique soul blueprint, and the gifts we are here to embody in order to live our highest, most powerful self but it is truly down to us as to how we utilise and alchemise that information .

It helps us see who we are designed to be.

How Human Design could support you…

As with anything new and explorative, in a Human Design reading there will be things that will land and resonate, things that spark curiosity and things that take a little longer to integrate. I have designed these sessions to give you space and time to ask questions, to share what surfaces, and really make it a ceremony with your soul.

It can also be beautiful to explore the charts of your children and close family members - to help you see how you can honour the individuality of each person.

Human Design can help you to master your energy levels and prevent a sense of depletion - both physically, energetically and spiritually.
Knowing and understanding your Energy type is key to ensuring you feel replenished and nourished in both business and personal life.
Whether that is in your community, business, intimate partnerships, or your family and friends.
Knowing how you are ‘designed’ to relate to others in a way that feels most aligned with you provides you with incredible insight.
Refining and honing your gifts and skills, highlighting areas you may be overlooking and bringing awareness to your natural talents can only bring you greater wisdom and satisfaction in all that you do.
It can also bring a greater sense of ease and flow when you work with your gifts instead of trying to mould yourself into something that you are not designed to be.
Get clarity on your purpose and understand what you are here on this earth to do.
As you explore this it will help you can stay anchored to your soul mission.
When we explore your chart it can highlight any areas where you might be not truly living aligned with your soul mission and might even be holding yourself back due to patterns and conditioning.
In a session we can bring awareness to the areas that feel a bit ‘off’ and help shine light on ways to move into a more nourishing way of being.
Truly get to know yourself deeper. Bring in a greater sense of intimacy with both your human self and your soul self, to help merge the two together into a beautiful co-existence to live your highest sense of self.

Foundations

This is ideal for those new to Human Design. In this Foundations session we will look at your Energy type, Strategy, Authority and Profile to help you embody the basics and begin to live your life in a way that honours your uniqueness - If you wish to go deeper we can book subsequent sessions to explore more.

Deep Dive

For those who already have a grasp of their energy type, or who have had a Foundations reading with me, and wish to go deeper. In this session we will look at the many layers in your chart, including Gates & Channels, Centres, Variables and more. We can apply this to any areas of life and/or business.

Prior to our reading I will spend time with your chart and prepare the space for our session. Each Human Design reading I offer is treated as a sacred ceremony.

We will come together on Zoom and I will then guide you through your reading, allowing time for questions and integration, and hold you in this tender space. Throughout the session we can weave in any questions you have about your heart and soul work to bring you into greater clarity and soul alignment.

We will close our time together and after our session you will receive the recording of our session for you to listen back to whenever you need.

FAQs

I will need your full birth details, including the exact time and date you were born, as well as the location. You will be asked to input these into the booking form when you schedule your reading.
We do need to know this in order to do your reading. You can sometimes contact the hospital you were born, or it may be on some birth certificates. An experienced astrologer can also work out your birth time if necessary.
Absolutely you can. It is free to download from My Body Graph or My Human Design.
Once you have had your initial reading, if you wish to go deeper together we can arrange subsequent readings to unpick certain elements OR we can move into my 1-2-1 container which you can read more about here.
