EPISODE 29: MY JOURNEY TO BEFRIENDING MY WOMB

Unravelling+Season+2+Artwork(1).png

IN THIS EPISODE OF UNRAVELLING, I AM TALKING ABOUT MY JOURNEY TO MAKING FRIENDS AND CULTIVATING A NURTURING RELATIONSHIP WITH MY WOMB…

Many years of disconnect, and then the loss of my menstrual bleed meant that my relationship with my womb was somewhat lacking. However, the challenges I have faced have actually been catalyst to come in to a deeper relationship with this part of my body, including training specifically in Womb Yoga last year.

IN THIS EPISODE I SHARE...

  • My own journey with hypothalamic amenorrhea, the loss of my period.

  • How I began my womb befriending journey.

  • Some of the simple practices that I found helped me.

  • Two practices you can do today to cultivate a stronger connection to your womb, or womb space if you no longer have a womb.

And much, much more!

Some of the resources I mention in this episode are…

Uma Dinsmore Tuli’s Womb Yoga
Rebecca Wilson’s Womb Connection work
